Description
Happy winter, everyone!!I first thought of this idea some months ago... I don't even remember when, and it made me wibble and flail and so of course I had to draw it. I love Crowley so, and the idea of him making snow angels just kills me, in a good way. It's all deep and meaningful and stuff.
This isn't quite what I wanted it to be; I wanted it to be boyish, carefree Crowley, allowing himself to just be for once, and instead my pencil produced wistful, maybe-a-little-longing Crowley. I'm okay with this too.
<3
[Edit: detail here .]
Crowley is from Good Omens and belongs to Pratchett and Gaiman.

While I'll confess to love sexy!Crowley, it's nice to see a more personal side of him. And he looks so adorable!

Oh, this is awesome. I saw this picture and I just wanted to read the book again. (And I wanted Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman to write more books like that) And I really like how you pictured Crowley. Not so badass at all but you can feel the crowleyness <3
It is quite cool

I'm sure I've let you know this before, but: this is my most favorite piece of Crowley fan-art, ever. You say just about everything there is to say about him in such a stark, simple, skilfully executed image. I'd love to see more Aziraphale and Crowley from you in the long run; I'm quite sure it'd be more than worth the wait. The Prohibition and burning-bookshop pictures are fantastic, too!

[Beware long-winded overfangirly reply that I can totally admit to composing in a different window, and am making myself send now so that I don't chicken out of it.]
You haven't -- I would remember, trust me. I don't know if you realise what an immensely high compliment and honor it is (how it's practically made my week, in fact), honestly; you are one of the best two (Daegaer is the other, for Bright with His Splendour) writers ever in the fandom, in my opinion, and it's only my own shyness and lurker tendencies that have never let me properly say hello and sing the praises I've long felt. I consistently recommend you to fandom newcomers though (since you were so formative for me), and it's been such a joy to see you writing for GO again lately. You get Crowley in ways it seems too few do, ways that make me hurt with their rightness, with how true they ring.
I think there is very little danger of me not returning to these two, especially Crowley, forever and ever amen. Other fandoms come and go, but Good Omens is eternal. My attentions may wander (for instance I'm currently rather besotted with Loki, but I suspect it's because in his current depiction he reminds me of Crowley in a few ways), but my love will never waver. I honestly don't understand how that even is, how I can still be so in love, over and over, except that perhaps somehow somewhere in the pages of GO, Pratchett and Gaiman unwittingly wove true magic.
I think most of the reason I've never properly talked to you is that on some level I still feel like a newcomer, an interloper even, in the fandom; all of the best people were established, and most of the best things seem to have been made and written (cf. your collabs with Linnpuzzle) before I came around, and I am easily intimidated. If, though, you ever want a collaborative illustrator again -- well. I still feel presumptuous for making the offer, but I'm here. <3
[All that to say: thank you.]

<3 Oh, that's just gorgeous.
-giggles- Crowley making snow angels... pretty much the last thing I'd expect, and yet... oh, I can just totally understand this picture. I love the serene vibe this picture gives off... completely has the feel of a park or garden full of untouched snow.
Again, absolutely amazing artwork. It really makes me want to write a story based around it... but I won't, because I have far too many writing projects as it is.

I love how serene and wistful this is. It's pretty much the last vibe you expect Crowley to give off, but it works so well here. And he's a big dark spot in the middle of all that white snow, the darkest thing in the picture. Which is probably symbolic somehow too.

There's a lot of subtle emotion to this piece that really speaks to me. I find it an interesting choice that you drew Crowley without his sunglasses, it makes him seem more vulnerable. I definitely love the shading in the drawing, great job!

You know I reckon even if you just erase his mouth and run it upwards a little that would change his entire mood without having to redraw it it's such a nice piece though regardless of what mood Crowley is in. GO CROWLEY!!!

I think it's oddly appropriate; Crowley is a fallen angel himself, so why wouldn't he make snow angels? There's nothing saying that the angels in the snow are necessarily the 'good' ones.

For some reason, this just makes me go 'squeee' so much. It's his expression. And the fact that it's such a very childish thing for the stylish demon to do. Yet it fits him, so well. *_*
