As the saying goes BUSY AS A BEE, if you watch them they are very active little crittersi am so thrilled with my camera, i took this with the telephoto zoom lens 55-250 and on the orinal size you can zoom in and see the pollen on it's legs

This is absolutely beautiful!!!!! I like that lens too...one of the handiest all round lens I think...especially for me tramping through the brush and muskeg.
The colors on this image are so very vivid and alive...the bee adds the final touch!

I'm amazed as well, as its the first "real" digital camera ive owned, i'm just lovin it !!!!
I took a pic off a lookout on the weekend with the 55-250 and you could pretty clearly make out cars that were in a suburb about 5klm away !!!

wow, have you only been going a year Mal? had you done any 35mm stuff before then?

Like everyone I had a small film camera which was hardly ever used and was only really used for happy snaps - not really photography.
I borrowed my brothers digital SLR Jan 2008 for a week or 2 and was hooked straight away and ended buying my own one in March 2008. Since then I have really been hooked and doing plenty of reading and even more practicing.
