Yeah, I decided to do another entry for 's contest, 'cause I wasn't all too happy with the other one.
Also, I just had to draw Sailor England!
She's so british! Also, I wanted to try out some more cell shading, because everyone seemed to love it last time I tried, so I thought, why not do it again? What do you think of it?

I love the little monacle as a cute little touch...It puts the overall concept over the top with class and charm.
Her delicate features are done precisely, and turned out gorgeous! (I envy those lashes!)
Maybe, you could have used blue as the main color for the plaid peices? Just to tie in the red, white, and blue of the brittish flag?
I love the vest and chain watch though!

I have no idea what cell-shading is because I only do traditional non-digital drawings and what not but it looks great.

It's using hard shadows instead of blending them
