I love to draw group portraits!
And this is the first Garg-group portrait I made! The Wywern clan, as I guess it wuld appear aroud 2000-2001 (in my own version I mean; because the TGS and Greg's master plan wanted Brooklyn children to arrive with him in New York right after "Timedancer", but I made his time-travel shorter). That little boy beneath Lex is obviously Alex ^_^.
And Elisa FINALLY took a new Jaket!!!! YEAH!!! O_o In another couple of year she may EVEN change her Jeans!!!...maybe...
Only I just noticed I forgot Fu-Dog!!! D'OH! >_<

I prefer the canon Katana. Beaked male/humanoid female pairings are bleh.
Your drawing style is amazing, but this bothers me and I can't understand how people are able to prefer the humanoid Katana design. :/

Wll of course is right for you, as for anybody to have their own opinion, the only reason for me to like beaked X Humanoids is that for me it's a little too predictable, it's just like if white should only go with white and black only with black, too clichè. But Hey, I like the beaked katana too

I like beaked female/humanoid male pairings, it's not the difference that bothers me..... it's more the fact that some people seem to think that female gargoyles should look more humanoid than the males, and it even seems that they think the humanoid face is more beautiful (which I don't think). There are even questions in the "Ask Greg" archive if female Gargoyles can even have beaks. oO
It's like "cutesy female" and "cool" male. That's what I call clichè..... it's not that bad if both look humanoid, although I prefer beaked Gargoyles a lot in general.

That's a good point too! ^^ Personally I think Gargs have so many wonderful varieties that it really doesn't care who goes with who. Creativity is most important.

Yes, as long as the creativity makes biological sense for the Gargoyle race, which seems to be a bit hard for some people too. At least you are not one of these. XD

lol thats the only thing that kills a cartoon for me is the animators being to lazy to have the characters change clothes everyday
