Here is the cover of upcoming Issue #3 of Disney/SLG's new comic book based on Disney's TV series "Gargoyles."Art by Greg Guler (lead character designer on the show), colors by me.

The female gargoyle: is it Angela or Demona?

Whose Angela? I don't remember her in the show. I always thought that was Elisa Maza as a Gargoyle

ItΒ IS Angela! She's one of the best!
Angela is Goliath's daughter by Demona. She was featured in either the second or third season, I believe, as part of Clan Avalon, when Goliath and Elisa went around part of the world to bring together any surviving clans against DemonaΒ orΒ the Hunters, this group who hunted down gargoyles since the early ages when Goliath was around. It was actually Demona who fueled their hatred for gargoyles. Angela returns with Goliath and Elisa to New York, and she becomes Broadway's mate.
Elisa did turn into a gargoyle in one episode, thanks to the creature Puck's mirror, in which Goliath also turned into a human. They both got to walk (or fly) a mile in each other's shoes (or wings) for the time being, understanding one another more. I guess that particular incident made their attraction blossom and grow deeper.

Nope. Brooklyn did pine after her, as did Lexington, but she chose Broadway. Brooklyn mated instead with Katana.

When did this all happen?Β The Goliath chronicles or the comics?

When Brooklyn met Katana, I think it was actually late in the first season. This was due to some mythological time continuum he stumbled across in an episode. In the second season, when Angela came to the Manhattan Clan, the gargoyles (except Hudson and Bronx) were pining for her, but she chose Broadway. It was at that time that Brooklyn remembered Katana and chose to find her at some point. I don't remember if they actually brought her back into the second season. None of this happened in the comics or the third season (The Goliath Chronicles).

This cartoon of Disney, was one of the best than I already saw being done by them.
Gargoyles didn't only make more success in Brazil, for not being very published.
Great story, full of surprises to each episode, great characters, everything was perfect or close to perfect.
Whenever I can care to see some chapters, even if is in English.

Cool artwork, I'll have to get the comic books now as well. I didn't even know there was a series of Gargoyles comic books.
I recently got Gargoyles: Season 1 and Season 2: Volume 1 on DVD. I wish Disney would release the rest of Season 2, but due to the fact Season 2: Volume 1 didn't sell as many copies as Season 1. Just show they're more interested in how much money they can make, than the fact there are still Gargoyles fans out there.

Woo for awesome retro art styles! This show was something I grew up on and it was great. I even started watching it all over. The color texturing is amazing and you really bought them all to life. Great job.
