I've been dragging along lately, and figured I was putting this one off long enough. Though it still needs some more work, but I feel like its going in a good direction.My tweaked version of Godzilla, after the atom bomb. Refer to previous sketches to learn more.

I really, really really really really love the proportions on this Godzilla redesign.
Specifically in the arms and waist. The face looks amazing, like something that was horrifically scarred from radiation exposure.

I was going a badass monster you can sympathize with. The scarring was the hardest to think of. There are plenty of reference pictures for scars and burns, but when your victim is a giant lizard with scaly skin before the accident you're not gonna find anything too refer to -_-

When I was drawing it I kinda felt like I was drawing Zilla. Personally, I prefer the original, the one who ate nuclear power rather than fish.
