Just noticed the request for critique.
Honestly, I think it is a great shot!
A little more depth of focus would be nice... and perhaps a darker background, even black. (I always love strong contrasts)

Depth can be achieved with lens, but some are very expensive... You can also "cheat" and use focus stacking. In this case, I think very limited stacking would do better than stacking the whole flower.

But again, GREAT SHOT!!!
