It doesn't really matter, as long as its wacom. If you can afford Cintiq, then sure go for it.

If you want to thank them for the compliment, you could say, "Gracias por el cumplido."

I like it so much, that I ask your permission to use this face on a digital poster for an upcoming event - a local tourney for "Infinity the Game" skirmish wargame. I'd offer you some royalty if I could, but our budget is very limited. Being honest, there is no budget at all ))) , this is going to be a nonprofitable event.
From my side I want to assure you that:
-I'll note your rights acknowledgment each time I use the poster
-I'm going to use it only for digital advertisements in social networks and forums, there would be no physical prints ever
