Photoshop CC and SketchUp: Painting, 3D, Illustration and Post-processing.Just sharing the extended version of a work I did about 2 months ago for www.nanogyn.com , it's both an environment concept art and character art based on:
The concept here is a South East Asian cyberpunk urban 'back alley' district, portraying activities happens within the unseen underground world. It takes a special kind of organization that does these dirty job outside (or above) the jurisdiction of the law to combat cyberterrorism and politically complicated situation, something like Ghost in the Shell's Section 9, etc.

Reminds me of Cyberpunk or Shadowrun... so much love for those games and this image is beautifully done and just invokes that image of those worlds. Not quite dark enough to fully remind me of Bladerunner, but then, I don't remember mechs or drones being present in Bladerunner.

Until I looked closer I thought that was Kusanagi and a tachikoma from Ghost the the Shell.

Not unless Blade Runner was inspired by meth heads so no. Lol. Look closely. You've got Terminator and Ghost in the Shell references. Blade Runner is what everybody thinks of for Cyberpunk but honestly she looks more like a Street Samurai from Shadowrun RPG(Role-Playing Game). All in all total bad ass Artwork!
