Description
I made this little book as a gift for myself. It's hand-bound with cotton thread. I put the gem from an old earring that has a special significance for me on the linnen cover.
Its size is 2,3 cm x 3 cm x 1,3 cm. The book has 128 pages (19mm x 26 mm) that I carefully tore out of soft yellow paper, which creates a very soft and even paper edge. I also gave it a bookmark ribbon and handmade headbands.
I'm open for commissions! If you want to have your own special, custom-made book - perhaps with a little treasure of your own on the cover, or one of your pictures you are most proud of - take a look over here [link] and get in touch!

I'm amazed at how small it is, and how you managed to tear the paper so nicely for the pages. it's mind boggling....

Thanks! (:
I fold the paper three times before I tear it. Simple, but effective!

Thank you! (:
I simply wrapped/glued a length of shiny ribbon around a string. The ribbon or fabric should be about three centimeters broad, and it works best when you fasten the string to something so that it's tight and can't curl up/wriggle around. I simply tied mine around the table I was working on.
