Description
note; completely re-doingOriginally two separate teams, the novice rescuing Team Go-Get'ums, and the experienced explorers Team Spectres, ties through friendship brought the two teams together in a collaborative effort by the name of Team Spectrum, purposed to explore uncharted lands and bring together pokemonkind all across the lands they discover.
Penn took the position as leader of Spectres while he was still a haunter, after rescuing a young duskull and snorunt from a dangerous hostage situation involving a rouge pirate team and his former team, Team Unity. After keeping in touch for a long while, the two inspired youngsters and Penn banded together to form team Spectres, an exploring team. They all grew up together and find a family within themselves.
Cunning, if not a bit mischievous, being the leader of a team has left Penn with a knack for planning, charting, and a subtle big-brother attitude towards his peers. When he's not doing important "stuff", Penn is very impetuous and goofy, always finding new and creative ways to make his friends laugh (usually at the expense of someone else's patience).
With a rather cloudy past and a strong sense of leadership, Everette lead the Team Go-Get'ums alongside Redux in younger times. After the integration of Ami into the still-young Go-Get'ums, their primary goal of rescuing shifted into a more inspirational light, trying to encourage other teams to bond with their not only friends, but the people they rescue and never take that bond for granted. Other than that, Everette is a fairly
Everette is a very strong and effective leader, and she knows that. Most decisions are usually filtered through her before the team sets out on a mission. The others, even the older teammates, see her as a sort of motherly figure, still growing and progressing within herself alongside the team.
Barry completely defies what one might expect a typical dusknoir to be. A gentle giant who loves flowers, food, and his friends more than anything, he hardly enjoys fighting and would rather support his friends back at home. Some call it effeminate, he calls it "quirky". When time comes, however, he is very powerful, perhaps the most powerful on the team, and nobody gets away with hurting his friends without him hearing about it. Out of all the team members, he and Kori have known each other the longest, and he describes their relationship as "love but I wouldn't really kiss her if I could kiss her".
He finds himself to be a patient, jovial individual. With fairly simple motives, he tries his best to be a positive factor in the lives of his friends, occasionally making jokes and bringing home goodies and treasures. Being the big flower child he is, he holds a strong fascination with the living world and nature. If all else falls apart, nothing will stop him from protecting what he loves.
Discovered, abandoned, and left for dead as an egg in a harsh environment, she was rescued and raised by Redux and Everette, making the third member of the Go-Get'ums. Because she grew up alongside rescuers, the young skitty shines bright with intense determination and curiosity, ready to tag along on any mission in hopes of becoming a great explorer like her friends one day. While finding Redux and Everette a huge inspiration, she would have to call Kori her closest friend.
As she was the main inspiration and creator of Spectrum, her friends have elected her the leader (secretly co-leader, next to the more experienced Everette). While still retaining the curiosity and naivety of a child, she strives to become an accomplished team leader in the near future, hoping to rescue all those in need as her friends did her.
While very strong and willful in the face of adversity, Pascal is usually a very laid-back individual. Not that he has nothing to worry about, but he would rather enjoy the easier side of life. Just don't take him for lazy; he is a vivacious spirit who loves to put up a good fight (and win!). He introduced the Go-Get'ums to the Spectres after being in connection with Penn for a long while. Eventually the bond between the teams brought them together in what is now Team Spectrum. Because Ami lovingly picked out the name and suggested the merge, Cal put her in charge instead of taking the position.
Still in the awkward middle of a "change", he becomes very flustered when other persist on calling him a 'her'. Everette supported him throughout their childhoods and would comfort him on the days he would come back from a simple trip to town crying. Cal cherishes her as a friend and could never envision them going separate ways.

:]
Thank you!! I'm glad to hear! Character development is a huge thing, I won't settle with just a pretty design if it doesn't have a story!
