I'm glad you HAVE a background
You've done a nice drawing and added a background that helps completes it. Too often I see a nice one without a background and so feels imcomplete.
As far as the background goes, the 'unfiinshed' look of the trees actually add to the drawing, similar to the photos where they purposely blur the background so the attention is on the subject while there is a background but it adds to the atmosphere of the photo and not to the actual subject.
At first, I was going to say that the only thing I could say I didn't like was coloring Usopp's hair brown when it's black. Then I stopped myself and looked more at the pic, the lighting and the red sun, swamp or flooded area he's in. I told myself that it could be passed off as highlights showing in the lighting. (my hair is dark brown but looks more reddish in sunlight)
SO ...I can't crititize anything
Now excuse me, I have to run and add this to my 'Usopp' collection of faves
