Welcome back my sweet Usopp-san!!!! 
I couldn't help but draw this. <3 He's just even more awesome than he was before!!! XD And the hair... 0-0 Have you ever seen more hair?! I also love his new goggles and I'm even starting to like the hat, but I have a feeling that's going to get taken off in a battle or something to show all of his epicness.
The only thing that I could do without is the pants... they look like a lumberjack's outfit or something. XD It's quite amazing to me how BUFF he is!! He's ripped!!! 
Love.And are his headphones dials of some sort? And what are they even used for?? 0-0 And is kabuto gone??? lol So many questions.
Ok! Off to do homework!

Pretty sure he still has the Kabuto. If you look closely in one panel of chapter 598, you can see him shooting the Pop Green out of something. It sure looks like the Kabuto.

okay I went over the scene again to see a hint of Kabuto. The panel where fake nami is confronting real Nami is followed by a closeup of Usopp's face. I'm assuming that's the scene you're talking about?
We see his fingers next to his face, but its not clear if he's holding anything, it could be he jsut threw something barehanded.
BUT its Usopp's classic pose when he's firing whether its a slingshot or the Kabuto.So its likely you're right. I just agree for a different reason lol

I saw this in 598, and instead of "Snake" in the classic phrase, I went

As or the earpieces, we've seen a pair like them before....on Scratchman Apoo.
The pants.... I'm holding judgement until I see a better pic of details. The ones I saw were faded and grainy. I noticed some fur on it, it its like viking -style, I'll tolerate it since vikings seem to be the style the Giants of Elbaf are based on. But if its soem wonky mesh of jumberjack/swiss alps suspenders/fur then I'll be WTF! but at least he's not wearing overalls with the bib covering those abs....that would be a crime!
I noticed the lack of Kabuto, even when that 'green devil star' appeared, we didn't see it!!
I really shouldn't be surprised though, it would fit with what I thought Heraclesun would be able to teach Usopp. When he first appeared, we saw Heracles throw a spear at a beetle and something else later at a man-eating plant. WE didn't see what was thrown at the plant and I was assuming he used super-human speed to throw a projectile (a rock even) at the plant. I got to thinking, if a sniper is able to use a SLINGSHOT as a dangerous weapon, then he's using strenght an speed(for reloads) to do so; how would he improve from that?...then we meet Heracles, and I got my answer - no slingshot - style, he would use strenght and speed to throw his stars. But I'd hope he would use Kabuto for long range.

I've always wondered JUST how long is that hair of his! I mean curls take alot of lenght of hair, and the tighter the curlsmore hair than someone that appears to have same lenght(say mid-back) but is loose curls.
If a fan took a straightening iron to Usopp's hair, would it reach his ass?? I think it could!
