Description
Now for another moveset for a character unlikely to ever be in Smash Bros.Somari
PUSHES START TO RICH!
*Origin Game - Somari the Adventurer (1994)
*Developer - Hummer Team
*Publisher - Ge De Industry Co.
Entrance:
Adventure 7
-Somari drops onto the battlefield as the cringe-inducing Sonic Adventure 7 intro tune plays.
Neutral Special:
Electrical Discharge
-Somari crouches down and unleashes a rapid discharge of electricity. However, to keep this going, you have to rapidly tap B. Obviously, anyone who makes direct contact with Somari will be getting stunned. The longer this goes for, the more damage it can be able to do to someone charging at you. If you perform this in the air, you will somehow become suspended until you stop the sequence, which will prevent you from recovering, unfortunately. However, there's an exception if you hit an opponent with this while in the air.
Side Special:
Squirrel Fire
-Somari chucks a giant-ass fireball forward. Unlike Mario's fireballs, these fireballs defy gravity like Luigi's fireballs, but they also fly forward at an insane speed, doing half as much damage as a Mii Brawler's lead ball as well as half as much knockback. You have a limited amount of fireballs you are able to throw, however. You start out with 5 fireballs. You can actually charge up your shot, but it'll cost you more of your fireballs. They replenish up to 5 over time. You can stock up to 10 fireballs by using Electric Discharge on an explosion.
Up Special:
Pipe Dream Physics
-An upward warp pipe erupts in front of Somari. When dashing up it, he's launched forth at a high speed. When he goes down, however, he slows down. For other opponents, the physics on the pipe are better, but upon jumping off the end of the pipe, momentum is cut in half, resulting in awkward control. When the pipe is already out upon reinput, you can fire a Podoboo from it, doing as much damage as the regular Squirrel Fire. The pipe is able to be broken, which can cause it to crush opponents underneath. If you perform input while airborne with the pipe out, you'll go down another pipe and come out the pipe already out. Without it, however, you'll dash forth and leap off a mini-pipe, which is good for both diagonal and horizontal recovery.
Down Special:
Spin Dash
-Somari does the trademark maneuver Sonic is known for. With no chargeup, he goes at a distance of three Stage Builder blocks with damage done as he passes by. You'll even manage to get suspended in mid-air and can simply wander around that plane until you touch land, get hit by someone, or jump. The more you rev the Spin Dash up, the faster you'll go as you'd expect from this. If you press A while revving up, however, you'll fire a light blue disc at the opponent. It travels around the thick ground of the stage like a Hothead, and falls off of light platforms. You can even fire these things to suspend yourself in the air.
Final Smash:
War HOL
-Somari gets out an umbrella and a rifle as lines of Super Famicom cartridges come in bouncing. They have single-colored labels that represent each player. If you shoot your own player color, you'll inflict half as much damage as you would to another player in this FS. Shooting someone else's color does as much damage as Luigi's flaming Super Jump Punch. The lines of cartridges can also hit the competition. The matching color of someone hit will leave no damage. The color of the Somari using the final smash can plow you into the ground. The color of someone else will deal a moderate 12% damage. The longer the line of cartridges, the more the damage. Anyone hit by the regular Bullet Bills shot upward will take 15% damage. You can collect bombs to split up the lines of cartridges. Yoshi will also be seen driving around, able to build up damage at his regular karting speed. When he goes down a ramp, he'll deal more damage and can add some knockback. Somari won't be affected by Yoshi, however. After 60 seconds of this...stuff, the FS will end.

Palutena's Guidance:
Pit: "What's up with Mario?"
Viridi: "What do you mean?"
Pit: "He's faster than usual, is generating electricity, his fireballs are the size of cannonballs, he's speeding up upward at slopes and slowing down downward..."
Palutena: "I never knew that as Mario."
Viridi: "That doesn't look like Mario to me."
Pit: "He must be from another dimension like that other character."
Viridi: "Well, I say give it your all against him."
Pit: "Alright! For Skyworld!"
Stage: Pirated NES Lands - Green Hill
-We all know it as the main homeland of Sonic the Hedgehog. However, this is more of a watered-down version of that lovely landscape. Vines will grow allowing you to climb on them as well as the pits in-between bits of land having spikes all the way at the bottom. Also, Robotnik will occasionally fly in swinging his checkered wrecking ball like he did in the boss act. You can hit him in order to make him fly away, but it takes 8 hits to do so, so just be cautious and avoid the ball.

It's called Super Mario War. It's some SNES ROM I came across on NESBox. You know, the pre-copyright-struck version. Not sure it's a bootleg, but I wouldn't be surprised if it became one.

oh wow i've heard of smw, but its wayyyy different. The characters are alot more mini, and i'm sure they're only attack is jumping on each other, i think. It uses the sm all stars astetic, and kinda feels like that smb3 mario bros minigame.
Anyways, I thought that it would be a legit bootleg where mario has a grudge for the snes, guess I was wayy wrong.

Well, at least it's still fittingly bizarre.

at least i don't treat my opinion as facts. and bootlegs in general imo are a cancer that should be wiped out off the internet.
