Mmm, yes and no, For a standard waiter, it is pretty out of place. However there are tropical resort waiters who resemble this, and changing the color scheme a bit could put him as a nightclub waiter or host. So while the stuff itself isn't necessarily out of place on its own, its a bit weird for the label 'waiter'
