I'm curious as to how you came up with something like this. It's quite awesome and so is the rest of your gallery. Amazing ^_^

shit.. this is my fav thus far...
You shoul illustrate children's books... you know, for those kids they lock up im padded cells!!
I think it woulda looked a tad more sinister with less stars...
just a few selected.
other than that...

i like this, its fresh.
its crazy 'cause my uncle (well technically dads best friend no blood relation) is quite an interesting guy and he lives in a big old house with random shit that he's collected traveling, on all the walls and every shelf and theres a moon on his wall that looks almost identical (like to the point where you'd be in disbelief) except it has a cigarette in its big ugly teeth. Kinda weird how that stuff happens.
Just though I'd share that with you-
maybe i'll take a picture of it next time I'm there to give you a better idea of what I'm sayin

Sweet. Don't look at the night sky, kids!
I love its face--especially the teeth, for some reason.

REK-drawings [2008-01-29 23:44:06 +0000 UTC]
Very nice
There's a very old German children's book/story that tells of the adventures that a very young child has during one night. The (benevolent) moon plays a very important role in that tale, giving the child the opportunity to travel in his bed along the moonbeams, visiting the sleeping city and later even the stars in the sky...
Well, your moon seems to be the malevolent version of that tale, luring children to their death with that toy as bait
(The story I'm talking about is called "Der kleine HΓ€welmann" written by Theodore Storm in 1849. Here's the cover of the reprint of the illustrated version from 1926: [link] )
