As I dragged my weary self across the Millennium Bridge in London this morning the dawn breaking was soft like a dream. The top of The Shard was consumed by low cloud and there was a warmth to the scene that I could not feel in my cold hands. Tower Bridge stands proudly in the back ground as it always does. There are times I like being in London.ΒRelated content

How old is the Tower Bridge? It looks like it's 1880 or something nearΒ that.

You are quite right. It was started in 1886 and opened in 1894.Β
It is a very beautiful bridge and you can climb up inside it and walk across the top of it
