Description According to Newsweek, the best place to dine in the world is Spain, and the best place to be a dog owner is Belgium.

However, if you ask me, I think the best place to eat is Belgium. When I was a kid, going to Belgium was like going to heaven because Belgium has the most delicious waffles and chocolate in the world. [link]
