Another "princess" for the Disney-style Princess of the World Series, this time from Mexico! I don't know if it would be considered a traditional dress, but the big-skirt dresses for dancing are just so pretty!Thanks to ~sakuradragon for the country suggestion. I will probably being doing all the countries you mentioned!
