Elsa from Frozen. (In case you don't recognize her!
) Colored pencils and glitter on the background. Which is crazy, I don't even like glittery stuff but this is a gift to my Goddaughter, who is 4 (but already a Disney fan!) so I couldn't just do a plain blue background.
