This reminds me of Hades and Persephone.In fact I thought this was a depiction of them.

I love your depiction of the spirits of darkness and light. So saddening to always see them at war with one another. The feeling of solace surrounding them shows you how much they wish to coexist together without fighting. Wonderful piece of art dear, lovely indeed.
