Okay, so weird pitch here, but please bear with me.
I am in a band. Β We are releasing an album, and one of the songs featured on the album is called "The Ballad of Captain America's Disapproving Face". Β We had wanted to do a poster of some kind as a giveaway to draw attention to the album release, and I have to say, EVERYTHING about this image is perfect for the project.
Could you possibly see your way clear to letting us get limited use rights to this image, with the understanding that we'd only add the lyrics down the right side of the page, and make no further alterations to it? Β We're not intending to use the image directly for profit, and we'd be sure to provide credit and links to your work as well, but I honestly didn't expect to find such a perfect image for the project when I opened up DA today, and I'd really like to be able to work with you on making this happen.
