First thing first, it's great that you managed to capture the focus object very clearly: the Mercedes-Benz logo among the chaotic surrounding and highly distracting textures around it. And it's awesome that the blurred leaves in front of it only enrich the scene, not annoyingly covering at all. 

I see a unique sense of balance here: not boringly centered nor the colors or textures spread evenly in all area but all elements do seem fit within the photo, including all the shadows where the sunlight falls onto the branches, which is quite amazing. Either you're lucky finding such a good photo subject OR you're very talented & skilled in capturing this angle, having the unique vision, calculating the how the light works very well, and s.o.

I think you succeeded capturing a static object(s) in a dynamic way, one wouldn't get bored looking at this photo again and again, there's always something to attract their attention to. The objects/each element, colors, textures (especially those grungy, flaking car paints), which to focus on, which to blur, the amount of light, all seem in the right places.

Honestly it's hard to find a fault or something to improve in this photo, if there's any that would depend on the viewer's personal taste - like adjusting a few colors to achieve a certain tone/mood perhaps. 

In my personal opinion this photo is already perfect in itself, really enjoyable to look at and highly worthy as a framed print. Not to mention the possible interpretation on this photo as a work of art: something involving abandonment and maybe depicting the inevitability of entropy law by nature (the deep stuff). Great job.~
