That is Teela the "warrior goddess" (friend of Prince Adam/He-man, daughter of Man-At-Arms, the guy with the blue helm).

She-Rah wasn't in Masters of the Universe. She is He-Man's sister, in a different realm/storyline. They crossed-over, but it wasn't like she was part of the main cast of characters.
