I find this work fascinating. The primary colours, so bright and strong make a perfect contrast between them, catching the eye easily. The fact that the artist took the picture in a perfectly orthogonal position to the plane of the wall, gives the perfect touch that it needed. And also the framing, with the door on the right, and the square crop, make it an outstanding piece.
This may look like a very simple photography, but it needs a lot of learning of the use of colours and the composition of shapes to be able to reach it.

I am strolling around the city for a veery long time
I love it to explore new places, but sometimes it takes
hours for such a find 
city in the north of germany. Usually you will have a
good chance to find such pieces in a commercial park or
in an industrial influenced area. Thanks for commenting!

As the blue is dominant in the picture, i instantly thought of RED on BLUE. But you are right, if I was a bit crazy and not that conservative
