Description
The European Starling, Sturgis Vulgaris, a species I see around my neighborhood quite a lot! One of my personal favorite bird species, very social and intelligent, often flocking in large numbers. They are sexually dimorphic, with the male possessing a shiny black plumage, and the females a lighter brown, which I tried to focus on giving credit to here. I look forward to learning about these animals! Done in colored pencil on 50 lb paper, 5.5"x 8.5"
