Personality:

Respectful Natalie was raised to be respectful to everyone around her. She is naturally polite but its best to return that back to her. She doesn't take kindly to rudeness and isn't afraid to give you a piece of her mind. She also hates bullies.

Overbearing/protective Natalie is very protective of her younger siblings to the point that they call her over bearing. She is almost always on their cases about something. Nat feels that she has to protect those she cares about and trusts the most. She would risk her own life to protect them against anything.

Friendly/Outgoing Natalie loves to meet new people and try to make friends. She often speaks her mind which can and will get her into trouble. She has no fear of horses bigger then her. She can talk easily to others as long as its nothing personal on her side. She is also quite helpful.

Smart She is very smart and is also using her brain before she does anything unless she is pissed then that is whole another story and things will just could out of her mouth. Its always best to keep on her good side. She can also sometimes over think things if she feels there is a catch to something said to her.

Compassion She has a big heart and wants nothing more then to see those she cares about smile. She cares deeply for those she is close to and always finds time to listen to anyone's problems. This compassion is often challenged with the fact that she doesn't trust others easily and can be very out spoken about that.

Silly Some days Nat can be Silly and just plain random. She will say or do something completely out of the blue just to make you laugh or try to get you to lose up. Tension in the air can cause this side of her to come out. Making being serious a bit hard for her at times.

Herbal Knowledge One of the many things her mother had taught her over the years of her foal years. Strangely enough she learned the different plants easily and could find them with only a bit of challenge. She doesn't often show this side of herself. She loves plants and learning about them. This knowledge has always come in handy for her.

History:

Natalie was born to a young quarter horse mare who had been born and raised in the southern isle herd however her father had been a lone stallion who often wondered from place to place. When her mother had become pregnant she left to travel him. Natalie was born out while they were traveling. During her foal years her mother and father taught her many things about the world. Including about the many different plants that covered the islands. At one point during those years while she was playing a very large mountain lion attacked her but thankfully her father was near bye and quickly came to her aid before the cat could harm her. However, Natalie didn't come away from the attack unharmed. A small cut laid crossed her neck. Her father on the other hand was even less lucky and had been wounded terribly. Life for the young Natalie became troubling. Her father was much weaker now with his right hind leg having been damaged badly to the point that when he walked he limped. This made their little family a target for rouge stallions and predators.

At the age of nearly 10 years old her mother became pregnant again with twins this time. With father having a bad leg and mother being pregnant her father made the choice to return to a herd where they were be much saver. However they would have to wait for father to finish healing more and for the land bridges to come back. It was during this time that her life would change greatly. Nearly a month or so before the foals were do that they were attacked again. This time the large cat that had attacked them the first time was back with a friend or two. Telling them to run her father took them on again but this time he lost. Nat and her pregnant mother got way and they traveled their way back home to the herd that her mother had been born in. Once home her mother gave birth to her new siblings, a colt and filly.

Natalie who had only ever had her mother and father didn't know who to act around others of her age. When she tried to be friendly to others she felt as though they looked at her as weak and with never really having made any friends she grew not to trust anyone but her family. Slowly however the wall she had put up had become small but still she couldn't bring herself to put her full trust in anyone.....

Notes/Tidbits:
-Nat as pretty good balance and has no problems traveling over any kind of ground. However some days she is kind of clumsy and will tumble or trip on a pebble.
- She rarely trust others or is close to anyone.
-She is afraid of lightning and fire though she would never admit it to anyone.
