Can't think of any words that better describe how amazing this is. Best color scheme with awesome camera and pose. And I love how there's detail mixed with simplistic paint brush strokes, looks cartoony yet 3D. Also, humanized snakes can be quite a challenge to design if wanting to keep more of the snake factor than the human factor, and you seemed to blend them very well in the face. It's a snake face with a human like body, yet it doesn't look weird like a messed up mutation. The exotic, ethnic clothing and accessories really go with everything else here, gives it more of that personality. Finally, awesome background, it's nicely soft behind the subject with a great style.
I want to ask how you do the scales, like how you give them the 3D perspective where they curve around the body. Please don't tell me you drew them all by hand XD
