Hmm I'm not sure if I understand on what exactly would you like my advice on? On a particular painting or all of them as a whole? Or maybe how to improve or something completely else? You'd have to be a bit more specific

This has had an incredible amount of work put into it.
I love the mood of the lighting and the tension. The reflection of light on the Paladin's face is amazing, you can really see all the details of his face. I can tell how tightly he's gripping the hilt of his sword.
The effects in of magic from the Banshee in the back are awesome, shining in all the right places; I love the drawing of the soul effect there, with a face in the magic fog. That Banshee is definitely scary looking.
I love the dynamic of lighting. Warm light in one place, and cold light in another; it's a really good contrast. I really love this piece.

First of all I want so say that you really manage to show a dynamic scene.
I really like the ghost, he looks cool and his pose is very well done. You really drawed well his hands.
Also the effect of his power and how it affect the dwarf is cool.
My main complain with this is the paladin in the front part.
His pose is great but I feel like he is not really looking to the ghost.I know that because he is a blood elve he doesn't have pupil but there it look like he is not looking to the ghost.
In the same way his expression is a little bit exagerated, his trait on the face are well place but they are too strong : it made him look unnatural.
Also I think his armor could be a little bit metalic and glossy.

You could maybe add some bright highlight where the light of the sword should bounce.
Also he looks a little bit too bright. The area where there is no light shining ounto him should be a little bit darker I think (the tabard for exemple)
Also if you screenshot from the game as a backrgound try to rework them a little bit more so it doesn't show too much. There you can see the angles of the game geometry, try to smooth that if you can and give a little bit more geometry to the background, (or make it darker or blurryer).
