Concept digital painting I did a year ago for a post-apocalyptic "monster." I actually wrote a lengthy backstory for him as well. The premise was that he would start fires in old city ruins and use the ensuing chaos to murder his victims. I guess I (perhaps somewhat irresponsibly) wanted to flip an otherwise heroic and "good" archetype of a character into something bad.
