It's good to push yourself like this from time to time though XD. I need ot get back to doing pieces that are all out again. I have one I'm kinda working on right now, but I need like a full epic perspective piece.

It's not bad, you're doing a wonderful job on understanding shadow shapes and how they define the curves of something, plus you have gotten away from your style, though I agree, something seems off about the eyes. For me, they both seem just a SMIDGE too big. Although his right eye more than his left. If you can adjust the size on them, I think it would be just fine. As for the hair, it seems fine to me, I would just sharpen a couple of key areas where the light hits more. Don't over blur.

There's something about the right (his left) eye that makes it look lopsided compared to the other side. I'd suggest minimizing the inner canthus at the very least.
Also, the coloring style you used for the hair looks very different compared to the face; it looks like the picture is unfinished. You could try blending/blurring the colors together like you did for the face, or it might be better to use thinner lines for the hair.

I tried blending the hair, but not blurring....when I blended the hair it literally kept looking like a pile of shit and I had to redraw it over and over and over (5 times) again.
the eye is a quick fix so that won't be that big of a deal.

Maybe look for a tutorial on the hair...?
Does that mean you're going to fix the eye?

I should lol I seem to be better at skin than hair. I never really look at tutorials that often because I like learning from my own experiences and from my own trial and error, but I will consider looking into one.
I just fixed it. I'm also trying out the blur tool on the hair and it seems to be working a lot better.
