i haven't watched it, but she (maid) should be in the first season as shes introduced like in the first 10-20 chapters or so (which the first season goes quite a way in the manga until season 2)

i don't know if you're expecting a "at least you tried medal" or something like that but dude THAT'S SO COOL AND LOOKS AWESOME!!
personally if i would change something i would not use all the bright colours as you say. it gets kinda confusing and use more darker colours.
I would make it more green. If you have seen the anime you would know about the 100 meter lvl (i think it's called that)
the scenery there is amazing and would fit well into any fanart!!

They look pretty adorable!!! Chibi proportions are harder than they look, though! ><; I have trouble drawing them too, and I think that we have to develop our own chibi styles so that the strange proportions look natural. This is awesome for a first try though!!
