I got the 4E character creator, and I really dig it. I like that it has a function where I can insert a drawing of the character.Here's my character sheet drawing of Icky, the kobold ranger. He's a shifty little shit.
I created him and a few other guys as possible characters for an upcoming game (depending on what niche needs to be filled.) Other possibilities:

kobolds are pretty cool. you don't see a lot of them, but they're in all sorts of places. they need more love! D:
though i admit that i disliked them more than i disliked murlocs when i played WoW. YOU NO TAKE CANDLE got old pretty fast.

First of all, he's a Kobold, which immediately makes him awesome beyond compare. Especially since you gave him that forked snake tongue.
Second he's got that executioner's mask thing. Which makes him even cooler.

I guess he does look like a reaper, oh well, there's worse things to look like I suppose.
He's probably pretty good at taking souls, he just does it at a safe distance, under heavy cover, with melee support
