I love the weary look and the "hunch", it's an interesting contrast with the more skeletal and aggresive-looking Alien.

I saw Prometheus on Sunday and it was an entertaining B movie with high aspirations but a terrible entry in the Alien series or even just as a pseudo-prequel to Alien itself. This is just my opinion. No offense to anyone who liked it more than I did is meant.
I can honestly tell you as a huge fan of the Alien trilogy that this image is better than anything I saw in Prometheus. I say we keep the distinction between the Space Jockeys and "Engineers" and just keep the mystery intact in the Alien universe and just think of Prometheus as a bizarro alternate take and non-canon experiment.
They'll always be mysterious Space Jockeys to me.

Personally I loved Prometheus. Easily the scariest and most interesting after the original Alien.

Wow, you just voiced my exact thoughts. I thought Prometheus was entertaining as a stand alone movie, but disappointing as a prelude to what IMHO is one of the best sci-fi sagas ever. As for the Jockeys, I liked them better when they were mysteryous figures, just like in this pic, and not just another killer alien species.
