This is WONDERFUL for so many reasons! The severely restricted, autumnal palette, the impressionistic, yet literal rendition of the 'hut on fowl's legs', that amazing talismanic staff, and most shockingly of all, the way 'baba's' eyes peer from the shadows of her deformed shape... Simply an amazing example of elegant expression harnessed to the creepy, and the best interpretation of a witch I've ever seen (On a side note, I'd LOVE to see you render the face and form of 'Medusa Gorgona' up close...).
