Looks like we got another goody pirate, just like Thumpback, Wash Buckler, the reformed Captain Dreadbeard and the Lost Islands companion, Captain White Claw.
He is another Skylander with a sword and a shield just like Chop Chop and Doom Stone
He looks like Dr Blowhole from Penguins of Madagascar
