When I saw the name of this picture in my watch messages, I couldn't stop myself to think, you've done a sequel to the story of Adam the shaman and Sam the noble warrior, where Adam gets totally pissed of for Sam's stubborn obsession to continue his role play.

That one you certainly should put to macabre & horror. Too much gore and (maybe not so unnecessary) explicite violence to emotionals. Sure the emotions would be very strong though.
