it's a dove... I know...I suck with brushes... I appreciate your suggestion...
I wanted him to be sharper, but when I tried he just looked....like a stuffed dead bird hanging on a wire...lol

maybe you should try to use stocks and less brushes. stocks are sharper

very true....I don't normally use brushes....with the exception of birds in the distance... I have hair brushes...but omg those are hard to use and look so fake...hair is my downfall.

I do believe some people rely too heavily on brushes at times...I think I should redo this... but for now.... I am just ....suffering from ummm artists block!

omg, hair, hair is pain in the ass. hard stuff, mostly too hard for me. i must use tricks that i can manage that darn hair

and brushes oO, brushes are nice, some, not all. but if you want as example birds or stuff use stock. you can use brushes for textures, wall, whatever, even if here are much good textures and stuff. but sometimes brushes are for some effects needed, like shining eyes or stuff.

oO shining eyes...do tell. I have only just learned about layers...and stuff... so...hmm yeah I am behind in class...spent too much time planning raping emotes I guess...

I made some bird brushes and some rune brushes.... but I don't normally use brushes... I worry I might become addicted... and overuse them.

oh, there are thousands of ways. well, i wrote once a tutorial about. it is in german. if i find it maybe i translate and send you. but first i must find it

ah, brushes are not that bad, they are much needed. but not for all. my first stuff i did was with brushes, so much brushes and so much textures that i totally killed the picture. now i use them not often. but i use them

lol...my grandmother was German...she taught me one word ...swinehound... she said it was the only bad word in Germany used to insult women... ummm .... I could not believe the worst thing you can call a woman is a pigdog...I mean ...hey...its like hooligans... sugary names
