Funny Story- I never played video games as a kid, so I didn't know I'd done that until someone showed me Samus MONTHS after I drew this.
It's given me Ideas about the upcoming fight scene though.

I actually didn't notice how much Applejack in Mando armor looked like Samus for a few months, when someone else pointed it out.

Rarity makes bes'kar look fashionable. Applejack looks like a equine HK-47. Dash...could probably pull off the Resol'nare (the language would be the hard part, but defending the clan, wearing the armor, pulling your weight in the camp, fighting when ordered, and instructing the younglings in proper butt-kicking wouldn't be an issue). Twilight is closer to a Jedi, but a few of those have been known to jump ship or ally with the Mando'a. Pinkie and Fluttershy? Well, they're not the obvious badasses, but don't mess with them.

5. Canonically, Pinkie owns a truly terrifying assortment of weaponry- A cannon, a grenade launcher, an assload of knives and some exploding pinatas. I think she may be Heavy.

Resol'nare - the six actions that make one a proper Mando'ade. Speaking the language, fighting when called by Mandalore, defending your clan, contributing to the camp's general welfare, wearing the armor, and raising the kids (biological or adopted) in the culture. (OK, did WAY too much research when trying to write Canderous...)

And Fluttershy's too sweet for a True Neutral Druid. Ranger might work, considering her affinity for critters. Ranger/Berserker? Oh, crap. Minsc's got that combination.

Yeah, watching Dashie trying to get her mouth around all the Okina would be pretty funny. Though I;m not so sure she's so good with kids.

The party is reverse GM-Trolling him by rolling up MLP characters (with different names and races) and seeing how long it takes him to notice. Party balance has been surprisingly good.
Twilight: sourcerer, elf (with infant wyvren as animal companion)
Rarity: Gnomish engineer with charisma score of ridiculous
Pinkie Pie: Halfling, thief with levels of ninja.
Applejack: Paladin cleric (first tolerable one we've ever had.)
Dashie: Fighter, with every speed feat the powergamer though he could get away with.
Fluttershy: now I have my answer.
