Its a Shadowpriest, from WoW, wearing the Merciless PVP set - From head on, the shoulders look that way. From the side, they're actually gorgeous wings.

This is really beautiful; very intense and great color choices. The slant to the image gives it a very dynamic and foreshadowing feeling of impending danger.

heh. i thought they were elves. and drow and elves aren't necessarily d&d much as some idiots assume they are. The races aren't quite as specified as say batman or predator which come from one area only. but whatever, the art is really good.
