Description

July 16, 1962

Within the Tomb of Cormoran, we have found a great deal of information on the mysterious 6th-Century sorcerer named "Pendragon".

As the two-headed giant Galligantus prepared to crush Jack, Pendragon's servant was attacked by a bizarre, tentacled monster that roared out of the sea. A bloody battle between the two ended with Galligantus slain, and the sea monster dragging his body into the surf. The beast is named "Morgawr" in the ancient text.

The more monsters the slab refers to, the more fantastic the tale becomes. I'd be tempted to dismiss it entirely as folklore, were it not for the remains of Cormoran that are being studied even as I write.

Reality check: this is the sea monster from the 1962 version of "Jack the Giant Killer". I do not own the rights, etc, etc...
