You can toggle between perspective with the 5 key. You can also change the perspective lens in that same tab.

Ok, on the right panel, there is a little camera where it says resolution. It starts at a different resolution depending on your computer but you can set it to something like 16:9 ratio. Basically toggling those numbers will make it more high res.
