Great job. I have been running into issue of DS/Octane crashing when I put in this many characters to a single scene... and haven't had patience to render them one-at-a-time yet.

Do you like Octane?Β I hear a lot about it.Β It seems to be taking everyone away from LUX cause it's faster I've heard.Β Fast is good.

And I love Octane. It's a great renderengine. It's unbiased and really fast. This render took me (with 4000 samples) about 3 hours. But it depends heavily on your graphic card.Β This renderengine uses GPU (card memory) instead of CPU.Β
Your work definitely deserves this amazing renderegine! Β

My sister said our card is a GeForce GTX 660 with aΒ 1536 Mbs or 1.5 gigabytes GDDR5 of RAM.Β It has 1152 CUDA Cores and a clock speed of 823 mhz.Β Is that a good enough card for Octane?

The GTX 660 is an excellent card for Octane. I started out with this card and it worked great. Now I have a GTX Titan because of the memory (6GB). I think the GTX 660 has a memory of 2GB. This means that the scene you render can not be larger than this amount. Octane works only on your card memory (GPU) and has nothingΒ to do with your CPU RAM.
Octane is not a cheap renderengine, though. You have to buy the standalone version and the plugin (in your case Daz or Poser). But for me it was worth every euro...Even a render 'out of the box' looks amazing in Octane! So, don't be afraid of the complexity. YouΒ can make it complex if you want, but with little effort you can make fabulous renders.

To be honest, I think that someone with your talent must have this render engine. It's an amazingly fast engine and you work realtime so you can change your scene at any moment without interrupting the render. I would love to see your work rendered with Octane Β
