Days after watching the Thundercats Roar! Trailer and washing my eyes out with bleach, I decided to try and tackle a design for the Thundercats that combines their 80s and 2011 designs and gives them a more cat-like design.Related content

After trying to tackle the other Thundercats, I feel like this project might be a bust. Everyone else came out wrong.

TBH, I never got into ThunderCats--I wasn't born in the 80s, and I never got into the 2011 series--until recently, and while I don't know what to expect from ThunderCats Roar, I'm just gonna wait until 2019 and see how it is. Besides, the art style might be allegedly crappy, but the writing might actually be decent.

I wasn't a big fan of the 80s series either. The 2011 series was pretty decent. I'd wait a few months, probably 3 and see what the general consensus is on the show.

Eh, you do you. But the irony is that Lion-O in the original series is technically a 10-year-old in the body of a 22-year-old. So while he's aged physically, he hasn't aged mentally. Kinda seems like they'll be going down that path for the 2019 series.

Dude the Thundercats 2011 show was AMAZING. I am still sad it got cancelled to continue.
And I ran out of bleach at my house. I think I used over three containers.

Since you're out of bleach, get a bucket, put water, a lot of salt, and whatever alcohol you have available in it and mix it all together. That might be just as good as bleach.

A lot of people don't want the Thundercats Roar to happen from what I am seeing on the internet. I got to say this is better than the studio art previews.

Nice sketch. He does look more animalistic than the 2011 adaptation but that actually works well for the Thundercats.
