This artwork is simply great! The colors, the originality, and the size of her butt really make it pop!
And where as some people stray a bit far from the original face of the character, you've managed to make it as close to the original as possible, while also giving her a bigger, more voluptuous body(Mostly her boobs and her butt)!
The only slight prob with the technique is the air brush effect on her cheek, it looks as though she is covered in dust, although while you may notice it a little, it is very easily outdone by the realistic shading and just how beautiful and gorgeous she is and how great the artwork is!

Nice job! I love the whole pose and sexiness you brought to her.
The colors and shading worked really well. Although, it was just solid shading (blending could've worked better), it was still a good choice for this piece.
The curves and lines on her boobs and ass are gorgeous. They're so realistic and akin to those of real women, I had to give her another glance.
I've seen a ton of art on Dexter's mom and half of them barely resemble her so kudos to you for at least attaining the original art-look of her.
