This is the intensely epic and strangely attractive Stein from Soul Eater. I'm not done with Soul Eater yet so don't spoil anything in the comments please ;_; I really fail at finishing things, don't I?I drew this on Gimp with my tablet, took about 90 minutes. Used the manga as a reference.

I'm glad you like it! I'm on chapter 35 right now. I wasn't really going for a kid-like appearance per se, but more of a sort of creepy childish glee... haha.

oh 35, that was pretty interresting. I did like how the manga goes more into the mad looking art style and just the characters are changing a lot more, insane like behavior. Well you got a kids version of stien and it looks really good even if it was a fluke.

BAWWWW STEIN. -attacks- I love the shading and his creepy expression. xD I was supposed to cosplay him, but my friend's borrowing the wig/screw and I made the turtleneck just a little too small. I may also be mutilating his labcoat to make Aster, so... xD

Aww, I like the Symphonia opening the best :3 But that's probably just me being sentimental 'cause it was the first Tales game I ever played and it CHANGED MY LIFE LFKDHSLKFSDKL lol. But yeah. xDD ToS was my first too, and I only just got into it last year. I remember my friend lent it to me and I got so obsessed, and every day after school we'd go play. Our exploits in Niflheim were the funniest things ever. xD But yeah, I agree. Because of ToS I will never be the same again. <3
