Very nice subject, I like photos including clouds as well
It looks so nice that I believe it is manipulated...just like a painting! The grain looks strange but it contributes to the "drawing" effect.
Was it taken during a flight? Did you use a digicam or a film camera?

The only processing I did was changed colour level a bit to get rid of the white masking from my scanner. I only have a film camera at the moment. I have to develop them at the shop and scan the photo in. So they can be grainy sometimes and dusty.
