Looks great! I like the red shadows, unusual but a nice idea.
If I may add some (hopeful constructive) criticism, I'd say there's a bit too much shadow on the right sight of her chin and a bit too less on the lower jaw. that would make her jaw look a bit rounder. Don't want to be rude, Just want to help you a bit...
