Same. I saved 3 10+1 pulls and 35 tickets plus did 3 summons each day from the free ticket, daily pull, and ticket bundle. I'm saving everything I have until the 3% change unless more good time limited units are added (like the coming ff11+15 units I think  ). Or I might spend lapis tm farming.

I have literally dropped the game after the nier banner    I think spent all my lapis and my motivation and now I have nothing left

I'm considering doing that now. I have very little motivation to play now and I'm just farming trust master rewards with an emulator macro but even that is wearing my patience down. I may just drop it all together and play the Fire emblem heroes game that I've enjoyed more. Plus the rates and art is better in it.
