Really like the blue/yellow on black colour scheme and the motion of the hair 
However, have you thought about giving the shadows (I'm not sure what they are... the little lines on her shoulders and on her hair), and background a bit more of a blue tone? It might unify the piece in a bit more dramatic way, making an already cool piece even better
